Self-Help Homes (SHH) recently completed a Referral Incentive Program. The program began in February 2013 and went through June 30, 2013. SHH gave $500 cash awards to the first three (3) people that referred a family that qualified for the Self-Help Program and that closed on a 502 Loan with USDA-Rural Development (USDA-RD). Also, all other people, beyond the first three (3), that referred a qualified family to the Self-Help Program and closed on a 502 Loan with USDA-RD was paid $250 for each referral.
